100 octane low lead av fuel

My local airport sells 100 octane low lead aviation gas. What harmful effects, if any, will it have on my 87 GN? Is it safe to run in my car?

This is one of those subjects that has many opinions. Mine is that I run 107 LL through mine all the time and it runs strong no problems, the only issue is it will burn the O2 sensor right up, so just get a Denso and don't worry.

I know there will be alot people on here that will say just run race gas, c16 or whatever, well if your like me AV gas gives me almost the same performance that race gas gives without the cost($1.25 gal VS $6.00 c16) and I can get it right by my house. HTH

What is a Denso? I guess it's a type of O2 sensor? If so, where can I get one?

Denso is a company that makes plugs, O2's ect, there O2 is great because it won't foul out a much.

I don't have the addy for them right now but do a search on "denso" and you will find a number of posts look for the one but TurbojoeV6 alot of info on it HTH
