0-60 in 2.9 seconds. I want one!

Its like the 4 wheel version of the T-Rex but with a honda motor/blower vs. and kawi mc engine. But it shifts like a car. I kinda like the way the T-Rex shifts. Thing looks pretty fun to drive. Im sure every cop in every town would stop you constantly thinking its a go-cart. That might get old after a while...

FYI, any GN that runs in the 10's will do 0-60 in 2.9 seconds or faster.

Checked this with a GTech at Englishtown years ago. Gtech was always within .05 sec. of E-Town clocks!

A 10.90 would be 2.9 sec. and a 10.51 was a 2.7 sec. time.

Drag racing is fun but its not the end all of motorsport. Turning is pretty fun too. Even if that car ran a 5.0 sec 0-60 time it would still annihilate just about any turbo Buick on a mountain road/autox/road course around here.

Turbo Buicks were built with one thing in mind. To be the quickest car made in America in 1986-87! GM achieved their goal!!! You want curves, buy a Corvette, you want neck snapping straight line, good old American apple pie, be the first away from the stop light performance, BUY a GN in 1987! Just think what could have happened to the ol' Buick if GM had continued to advance the technology of these turbo cars until today!!!!

Look at that new ZR1 Corvette! Can you imagine a STOCK TWIN TURBO GN today with GM's resources! All Aluminum block and heads, over 300 Cu. In., engine management from the factory. The mind BOGGLES at the thought!

:D :D :D :D :D
