To fit on the TTA, the pipe has so many turns and bends, the manufactuer won't make such a small quantity order in stainless due to the fact that stainless is so much harder to bend and tougher on the pipe bending machine. The final product will be identical to the former TH TTA downpipe...

Ok guys, just got off the phone with the guy who's going to build the elbows so I have some new info and more solid numbers. Mostly due to the small production number we're looking at about $525 + shipping for the 3" elbow with integral wastegate/puck assembly, 3" downpipe with 3"...

Problem is with getting anyone to make something TTA specific. 1555 cars made, maybe 1000 or so left, of those how many actually are modifying their cars, and then of those, how many don't already have a DP. Not too many vendors will want to spend the developement cost when they may only...

The problem is finding nice mesh style wheels in the TTA bolt pattern, and then finding them in larger sizes. Personally, I think a 18" version of this wheel would look bad@ss. Problem is, they don't make it. :mad:

FWIW, a quick Google search netted nothing even remotely related to a known, or widely know detonation problem with the Mitsubishi Evolution.:confused:

I have nothing vested in either side of this debate, but I have to laugh at the stupidity of your last comments. Basically they read: I'm making a claim. I will not back up my claim. I'm quitting the debate. I win by default.

To me, I just don't think anything looks right on a TTA unless it has a gold center. If/when I put wheels on mine, the centers will be powdercoated the same gold the factory wheels are.
