    Another piston and rod question

So as long as your timing is right on then, whatever rods you have on there should be ok right? I am going to go with the stockers, because of money and it looks like people are having good success with them.

    Another piston and rod question

That is impressive. Are running stock crank as well? I was thinking of running stock rods with JE's, but wasn't sure about how long the rods would hold up. I now see that they will. Thanks

    Another piston and rod question

I have been doing searches regarding which pistons and rods to go in my engine build up. I have a 109 block and a turbo crank. I am going to add a girdle for sure, but I am not sure on rods and pistons. Everybody says something different, JE's, Diamonds, Stockers, Hypers. I am building the...

    tow vehicle

I would personally stay away from the 6 liter ford. The 7.3 was a better engine, atleast so far. I have been hearing about a lot of problems with them. Personally I won't own anything but a Cummins. They are bullet proof and always have been. If I were to get a Ford or a Chevy get an...

    2003 Dodge Ram 2500

I use Rotella T and Wix filters in mine without a problem. I have had the truck for four months and love it. I get 20 miles to the gallon with and I can haul anything I want in it. The best of both worlds!! Check out this web site if you haven't already: www.turbodieselregiter.com

    Pull engine with tranny???

I just pulled mine three weeks ago. If the tranny needs work than pull them both. You don't have to pull the hood either. Just unbolt the hood shocks and prop the hood open as far as it will go. Make sure you have a leveler on your cherry picker, it makes it a lot easier! Just how I did it :)

I haven't been there in three years. I went for four consecutive years and only saw a handful of turbo cars. One guy from Canada always seemed to be there. I hope there is more this year!!
