    Trim Piece

    Does anyone know or have the trim piece Driver side for an 87 GN T tops. It goes from the pillar to the center of the T tops the visor connects to it. I snapped the end piece that snaps on to the pillar. I tried Jays on the internet and nothing.

    Transmission

    I was wondering if my transmission on my 87 GN was shifting correctly. The first 2 gears shift fine good bang but the last shift will not engage unless I let me foot off the gas or level out. Is this normal? I have had the fluid changed and it does not slip.

    Complete at a loss

    Has anyone experienced this, I make a left turn and twice now the car has died out. It’s like someone pulled the plug out of a wall socket. It starts right back up and it’s fine. When it happens there is not missing sputtering or chugging, the car just dies. This has happens 2 times this...

    Catalectic converter

    Does not having a Catalectic converter effect the performance of the motor. My 87 has the TT chip with 09 injector’s adjustable regulator Tinn Men air system. Does the motor need that back presser from the converter? :confused:

    Do you really pick up that much more HP using a Kenny Bell or TinnMan air system vs the factor one for street use.

    Back firing

    My 87 GN back fires on deceleration. It does not hesitate or miss on acceleration and seems to run fine. only at high speeds over 85 or 100 it back fires? Any ideas out there why. :confused:

    42 lb injectors

    I purchased a set of 42# inj with the chip TT. I dont plan on racing the car its a first / second place winner for 2 years in a row in ever show I go to. How good are the 42# injectors vs the 60's for what im doing. I have not installed them yet is it a mistake going with them vs 60's.:confused:

    I have tried 2 MAF and the first one which was new did not work at all and the second one seems to make the car drag at low speeds. The dealer said they carry 2 rebuilt ones, A1 Cardone and GP Sorensam. Anyone have an option on which is better in an 87 GN.:confused:
