Will trade converible Vette for 86-87 TR.

Looking to trade for a clean 86-87 TR. Stock to moderately modded ok. Wanting a weekend driver so no racecars please. I have a 1994 convertible Vette, LT1 auto with 53K miles. Polo green with tan top and interior. Very clean and original. I have about $15K in my car and will trade even but...

    Mighty ZL-1 goes DOWN.

No, it isn't. If you go to the Chevy dealer the salesman will tell you that a new 1LE Camaro will eat a ZL1 in the twisties so it's not a roadracer. The 1LE has the suspension goodies and 3.91 gears. I've driven both and was kinda disappointed in the ZL1 for a car that is supposed to have almost...

    Auburn anyone?

Anyone here at the Auburn, IN. auction? My bro-in-law called me about a burgundy turbo limited in the car corral. Was hoping someone here knew the car or had seen it. If you know this car or have seen it please let me know, thanks!

    Rat Rods......

If you were building a cheap hot rod, lets say $5000 or less, what would you build? Here is the catch, it has to run 12.5 or better and be street legal.

    There goes the franchise....

My guess would be Arizona. A good QB is all they need. Manning and Fitzgerald would be a tough combo to beat.

Ready To Go POSI. Is This The Correct Unit?

I killed one of the powertrax units in an almost stock GN. If you wheel hop at at all they don't engage and disengage fast enough and will eventually wear the teeth off .

    Cost of rebuilding 109's??

I ran 26 lbs of boost on pump gas and alky with no knock. NEVER popped a HG and was using stock GM gaskets. What I see alot of people doing is pulling fuel and to get that last little bit of power. A little bit rich is your safety margin. I'll sacrifice a couple tenths to save a motor. Just my .02

4.8/5.3 LS Heads CNC Ported (Pics)

Interesting thread, but I gotta ask, why the 4.8 instead of the 5.3, or better yet, a LQ4 block 6.0?
