There is a warranty on every part GM sells over the counter.If you buy lets say a window motor and install it.If that window motor goes bad within 12 months or 12 miles it will be replaced under warranty.But on parts like weatherstrip that is NOS what are you gonna warranty?I think GM only...

Very nice car.The problem is the car is an 86.I doubt you will get anywhere near 25k for it though.If I had 25k to spend for a Turbo car it would not be an 86.The 86's have just never been worth as much as the 87's even though there were far less produced.

The price when you called a dealer was a list price.GM parts direct can sell the same pump for cheaper because the sell soo many parts.I would get the pump from GM Parts Direct.

I would check the resistance of each injector with an ohm meter.

Pull the plugs and see what they look like.I bet they possibly fouled the plugs out from staring it up and moving it around.
