My buddy has an 87 Gn we just put a motor, harness, tranny, etc into and the car will not shift out of first gear at all. It is at a local machine shop at the moment, so that is really all the details I have. Does anyone know what could be wrong or where to start on a car that will not shift out...

I tried to change my avatar yesterday, and I no longer have the feature available to browse and select a different one. I thought it may be a temporary glitch or something, but its still the same today and I'm on a completely different pc/ network. Anybody else have this problem??
