with regards to the air flow reading, the altitude affects gps. i used to live in new mexico at 4500ft. i would get 5 gps. i moved to texas last month, and at sea level the air flow went to 6-7 gps.

i used castrol super cleaner. comes in a purple gallon jug. it works terrific. don't leave pistons in there for more than 3-4 hours. it left a line around the edge of the piston skirt that i couldn't get off. might not be a problem, but it doesn't need to be there. also, chem-tool works...

if you can't hear the pump priming when you flip the key on, then it's barely running, or not at all. it's probably just barely running since you have a few psi. get a new one.

when i turn the a/c to max, it blows out the defrost, and heater vents. i drove around for a while with it on max and after about 10 minutes of cruising the air started to blow out the front vents. also, i can put the selector lever to any setting. and it still blows out the top and bottom...

no thanks, my fan works when hot wired to the battery. should i be getting and voltage from the green/yellow wire on the high speed relay? i get 6-7v. the red and brown wires get the 14v i talked about. that is correct for sure. but that green/yellow wire should be a ground, but i don't know...

there's power there. on the high speed fan relay, there's 14v on one wire when the a/c comp. is on. 14v on two of the wires when the a/c comp. kicks off. maybe, i should check the grounds going to the relay. ;) anything else? oh yeah, i have bypassed the resistor to make it send 13-14v...

water temps got up to 220 while idling in the driveway. my fan won't come on. even with the a/c on. the resistor mounted on the fan is broken, but it's always been like that and the fan still came on at about 195. there is no power at all to the three wire connector or at the fan itself...
