I know what you mean. I just had mine welded AGAIN today. The only permnent fix I know if is to buy quality aftermarket headers. The original manifolds always had this problem. Even the intercooled manifolds suffered the same.

Could you be a little more specific? I'm assuming that this is for an oil cooler. Are you using the setup like the 86-87 cars? Is it an aftermarket oil cooler? Is it even an oil cooler?
