I was in a pinch and need the same fitting, I went to Auto Value store locally and he found me one, it has a Gates part number GAT G60524-0402. Now this fitting is in a 90 degree configuration, and it cost a ****ping $4.88 + $0.29 tax.

You will need to adapt it to your converter or "test pipe" but that should be pretty simple. Be careful when removing the stock elbow.... actually you want to tighten a little before you attempt to loosen, and use plenty of PB Blaster, at least that's the penetrating oil I like. Pipe and elbow...
