Fuel pressure gauges that are attached directly to the rail are notoriously inaccurate. They are cheap to begin with and due the heat and constant vibration, they are not very reliable. Also, they're only good for checking fuel pressure while idling. Why not go with one of Caspers extension gauges? You can tape it to the windshield when you want to check your pressure under boost.

I was in a pinch and need the same fitting, I went to Auto Value store locally and he found me one, it has a Gates part number GAT G60524-0402. Now this fitting is in a 90 degree configuration, and it cost a ****ping $4.88 + $0.29 tax.
