I'm 23 and have owned mine for 3 yrs now. Always wanted a 96 impala ss and a grand national. Didn't get my 96 but an 05 ss for a daily driver(close enough) and my gn show car! Got it stripped to metal and re-painted last year. I always wounded how many people think its daddy's car!
when you put in the regular o2 sensor did you just take the casper 4 wire heated adapter off? was any other wiring adapters needed for the non heated sensor? having the same issue you had. thanks.
he guys, the car is coming along..... today it should be done getting sanded and all it needs after that is the buff and assembly starts, lol. its still got a ways to go so it wont be making buick night but might be able to make the lake geneva show. i was at the lake county fairgrounds...
well mine is still all apart waiting for paint.... hoping the paint is gonna start in a couple weeks but we will see. i'll drive up to mchenry in a couple weeks and say hi.
im in the process of getting my car painted and all the trim has been done and the car is next to be painted. but i thought i was reading that the grill is supposed to be satin black, is this correct. the person before me had everything painted in gloss black so this is the reason im asking. thanks
well the bottom flat surface i just layed the carpet down, right and left sides i used thin plywood and of course for the back with the sub it was much thicker. the carpet was from menards (like a home depot) called autobond that they have in big rolls at cut to your length. i used a 3m spray...
this is the cutom trunk kit i just made. just wanted to keep it clean but add a little something so i put one 10" sub in. not sure if the pics are gonna work...first time posting pics.
i will be attending jimmys and any weekend in june is good with me. only had my gn for a year and one day today and thought jimmys was a great show. i would really like if busse woods got set up cuz i think that is a good location for a large turnout.
