The time you'd really need to make a change is if you flow more air without making more pressure (i.e. cam change, head porting, etc.). If your intake tract has not been modified, then all you probably need to do is tweak the VE vales and timing values at the new higher pressure. -BC

If your fuel pressure is not dropping at WOT, then the wiring is not the problem. Can you observe your fuel pressure while driving? Is it dropping at WOT? -Bob C.

Is your fuel filter visible while driving? Or is it underhood? (as long as pressure is not dropping, your pump is able to handle whatever flow the injectors are requesting.) Do you have any O2 correction? Does a datalog agree that the injectors are trying for 100%? Does this occur at...

Your closed loop low and high RPM are both set for 4000 RPM? I would think you would never get any O2 correction. -BC

Remember that if CalCom was polling more than 14 (?) data points from the FAST, the data rate goes WAY down. Did you have any other windows open in the background (maybe a timing table or something)? I've found that more than about 12-15 frames per second can cause problems, even though...
