Thanks guys, I just wasn't sure if a 3.8 stage II was simply a 4.1 with thicker cylinder walls to get the smaller bores.

Anyone know how large you can go on the bore size of an 012 off center 3.8 stage II block? Can you take them out to 4.1 4.00in bores?

I don't think your price is too high considering all the work it would take to do this conversion from scratch.

Yeah, they are the same as the 3000gt and came in two flavors, FWD and AWD, the twin turbos were AWD. But it's still a FWD platform, they just added a power transfer unit to the transmission for the rear differential.

Well, being that its front wheel drive with a transversly mounted engine I think that it would be rather difficult. Finding a way to bolt up to the trans, custom building headers, re-making the front accessory drive, custom built intake, custom wiring harness, custom motor mounts... Sounds like...
