If I remember correctly the guy bought the car for about $60k. Owner told me personally at BG back in 04-05 if I remember correctly that he had $75k into it. I think realistically the car is worth $40-50k.

Although, if I had money to burn and from a powerball winning I would seriously consider it but knowing you could build a nicer car with better parts for $125k that is unlikely I guess. For someone not wanting to wait 2 years to build one its turn-key.

One of my favorite TR's ever but just think of the number of nice TR's you could buy for that 125K. Could probably score a GNX, low mileage stocker GN AND a nice modified car. Does anyone really think that car is worth 95K more than the car Brett just sold???

Well, it is the pinnacle of turbo regals as far as details and finish are concerned. And it is a fully functional 8 sec race car to boot....

It's worth "a lot", but I dare not put a number on it. Cus I can't even make an offer for 1/2 of what he's asking.

Good eye! Coating the DP with Jet Hot would probably fix that.
