according to caspers there is a different one for 84-85s , 102012 for hot airs , 102013 for 86-87+89 ...mine are 102013 for 86-87+89

click on the link that was posted should explain it but ill add what i know ..
it installs between the tps and the tps engine harness connector
the leds lights from red to green when the tps is in the proper idle adjustment range (helps to set if you dont have a scantool) and even if your sensor wont go to a full wot value the tps tech will take it from anything above 70% (3.5V or more ) and make it 4.8v or so you are assured that you go into WOT mode .

Only reason im getting one is because my TPS thats BRAND new, for some reason wont let me go quite as far into the WOT volts as i would like. This should fix that problem.
