I've gotten that before when I hit respond to a thread and then take forever to actually type out what I wanted to say...never on just trying to open the board at all though. Have cleared your cookies?

Next try and open the site with a different web browser and see if you have the same issues. Also, check your cookies again and see if you have some of the same ones before. Could be you have a malicious one from one of the 'other' types of sites that got back on your computer after you cleared..unless of course you haven't been to any other sites besides this one since you cleared.
