I have a new car with XFI. (Does not say XFI 2.0 on the box)

Trying to download FAST software and connect.

Unit has USB cable adaptor.

Stumped at process for install, and the USB driver install...??

Could not find XFI non-2.0 software, if there is a difference?

help?

OK, I finally found another page of downloads on fast site.

Connection done....

Here are some tables I pulled out....

18 degrees of timing? Isn't that a little low for race gas and stock compression ratio?

A/F targets seems a little rich all over the place for the zones of 17PSI and lower?

Car gets 5hitty gas mileage. I got 155 miles on a full tank of gas putting around town and never going over 1/2 throttle. Car does have non-L/U converter but seems perfect. Not very loose. Not too tight either?

Anyone?? Engine starts, idles, and runs smooth.

Any comments on my initial settings?
Running 110 all the time for now.

My thoughts....car smells rich during idle and part throttle, but could be my imagination?
Never had 83lb injectors before, and maybe they just go only but so low of volume?
Impossible to get any leaner at idle and part throttle?

Anyone??

20PSI and less is only 18 degrees of timing w/race gas....?

Is low?

Seems like a conservative tune for pump gas, no?

Well, shows how much I know~! LOL

The area that I thought would be around 17-20PSI boost is not even close.

When engine Manifold is still in the negative...(vacuum) the Kpa has a positive valve.

So, I had no idea what I was looking at until my first drive with a laptop today.

0 boost is somewhere between 80-100 Kpa. Ha. Duh! MAP sensor always reads a positive value, even during vacuum in the manifold.

The area I was looking at is not even used, so my concern about 18 degrees in that area was kinda a stupid noob question.

My bad!

I guess I should not adjust anything until I know what I am doing. :nailbiting::wacky::bag:

I will take a log and post it, along with my tune later today....

yes 100kpa is 0psi.tune looks set real rich at cruise and all the areas of on and off the gas when driving around nicely

areas when on/off while driving around nicely?

What does that heck does that mean?

My mood affects the tune? LOL

What if I am pissed off?

All the low throttle low load areas upto 3000 odd rpm are set rich so its gonna use fuel no matter how you drive it.Sent from my C8660 using Tapatalk 2
