Anyone here into old Porsches? I am looking to buy a 50's-60's Porsche or maybe one of the later 1980's Carreras. Anyone have a project car or driver they are looking to sell?

I was going to buy a GNX but I have always wanted to try out a Porsche so I am leaning in that direction

Where are you located? I'm in NJ.
Just spent an hour with the owner of the Tire shop that just did tires for me on my DD and also just mounted up my gbody rims, drag radials, etc. This guy and all his buddies are Porsche guys with cars from 60's to now. I heard about several in various conditions ranging from mint to project. Some might be for sale.

If you PM me, I'll give you his name and number and you can give him a try to see if his buddies want to sell anything.
