Would you see knock on casper's led knock gauge or would the scanmaster register it first..... wondering if I should keep the knock gauge or just rely on the scanmaster

Keep them both....

They both monitor the status of the ECM. they would probably both alert before you could react anyway.

Casper's 1st,scanmaster is about 1.5 seconds behind unless you have a fast update chip.
