Which pressure reg valve is correct/best?

088 pump body, I have a couple of different regulator valves, with passage thru valve and without, wondering which to use?

The valve with the hole will only work in the 088 casting stator. If not, severe pressure problems will result.

The valve with the hole is OK to use in all the pumps. The one without can only be used in the early pumps.
