wheel repair???

I have 4 GNX replica wheels (I believe they are the American Racing ones) and the rims are just aweful looking. They have all sorts of stains on them and I would like to get them restored to brand new or better. Does anybody know where I could take them and how much it would cost for all 4 of them? The black inserts could use some touching up, too.
