G gossamer Member Joined Nov 28, 2007 Mar 21, 2011 #2 Looks like an after market heated oxygen sensor kit. Does your oxygen sensor have 3 wires coming from it? If so, that's what you have.

It just warms up faster and is a little less prone to contamination. They are used on newer cars to enable closed loop a little sooner.
