What's it worth 1987 GN No motor/tranny

Have a chance to buy a 1987 GN with no motor or tranny.Body is clean and straight but needs repaint,. car has posi ,t-tops and six way seat.interior is average with the door panels starting to pull apart. i am buying for resale but without the motor and tranny not sure what its realistically worth. thanks mike
