'93 got a '87 hardtop gn with 27,000 km for $17,500 Cdn, stolen in '98

'98 got a GNX with 9,000 mi for 27,500 US, still have

1997 i purchased my 86 t-type hardtop leather car for 4800 with 12x,000
1999 i bought my daily driver silver limited for 7500 with 77K on it and it had some new additions done to it.
1998 i paid 11,500 for a 48K TTA
1999 i paid 15,000 for a 8K TTA cloth car.
2008 i paid 20,000 for a 9K TTA

I only buy if its a good deal.

Just paid 3500.00 for a 98 SS camaro with 60K..... already sold it last week.


My opinion, these cars are still holding their value and it might not appear to happen over night, but considering they sold for around 18K new in 87, and still bringing 1/2 of that with miles on them. Couldnt do that with a kia

Figure 10 years ago these cars were in really good shape and tons of them were avail, now its 20 years old and time takes its toll on them. ie rust and wear.

If your looking for 1999 prices today in 2009 expect more miles and more wear and tear. Unless you find a really good deal.

Ordered my car in April of '86, and had the dealer hold the order until the '87 model year. One of the first '87 turbo cars made. GM shipped the car 8/23/86, but I couldn't pick it up until 9/20, because the state didn't get the paperwork to the dealer. (Longest 4 weeks ever ) I have pictures somewhere (film, not digital) of the car at the dealer with the big foam shipping blocks still on the bumpers.

It would be interesting if you could convert VHS to DIGITAL with one of these players. Then upload. I see it all the time on youtube... LOL,.. Play the vhs tape on your TV and record with the new camera in your hand. HEHE just kidding.

My white limited in sig is a 8 or 9 86 car, and is a 87 turbo limited. I think it was a zone car...

Bought May 2000, with insurance settlement from getting rearended on my first motorcycle. Had never even ridden in a GN, just knew that I wanted one. Was mostly stock aside from a hypertech chip a set of 4.10's (That he claimed were 3.73's) and a drop in K&N. Had 107k miles, gave $5500.. Nothing major wrong since purchase besides I'm on my 3rd transmission
