what to do?

I removed my engine from my 87 gn and found the cam gear was gone.so now that its out i am wondering what do i do to the rest of the engine with 130k miles. It is all stock. I have a t60 turbo 60# inj,tt 6.0,alky inj,3"thdp,front mount,walburo fp,hot wire,ta headers,ck full billit trans,vigulanti 5disc conv,60mm tb acufab,maybe a few other goodies i also have a powler loger,and scanmaster with a wideband. now for the engine do i go with a stroker or put steel caps and new rods and cam? i am clueless but i am no dummy when it comes to engines.I need to bee steered in the right direction. I wanna run low 11's and i want to drive it every day
