For a full weight 4000 lb. car, they sure got it's ASS MOVIN'!

Looks like they can't 60' it worth a sheit, until they added N2O!

A STOCK Shelby GT500 Motor with a 3.4L Whipple Twin Screw Supercharger, 160mm Mono Blade Throttle Body, 1 3/4 American Racing Headers, and a 3" Bassani Exhaust System, and SLICKS! Sounds like about $5000+ in Mods to get there!

Take that motor out an put an SII in it and call it a day.

Hmm...take out the stock motor that is already running low 9's at almost 150mph,And put in a stage 2...To do what?Run around the same numbers after tuning and fabbing for god knows how long,And spending god knows how much extra money on it.

yeah..That makes lots of sense.

And what if you break that stage motor? Then you get to hunt the globe for parts ...That nobody really wants to let go of,And if they do...Want a mint for...And rightfully so...Since they are not easily replaceable.

Nice video...Goes to show how far some of these factory mills can be pushed.

Our little v6's are amazing motors in the kind of Numbers they can put down....But technology has caught up,and flew right on past.

unfortunately....there are a slew of vette's,mustangs, and even imports around here(and all over) that can back up that statement Quite easily.
