i just got a turbo regal what can i do for $1000 or less and go as fast as possible it does have a test pipe and i guess hooker cat back exhaust im new to these had one 13 years ago and times and technology changed alot also i got carbureatored racec cars not efi any help will be appreciated also when i start it idles very high 2500-3000 the guy i got it from said it had the wrong aftermarket chip it also feels strong when i manualy shift it if i start in drive or od the boost comes on sloww but if in low its right there engine is very new maybe 10,000 miles also trans was rebuilt i also noticed the solonoid on pas valve cover is only hooked up elecricaly no vacuum lines going to it would this prevent boost
