What does a Stock GN Run in the 1/4

I just would like to know what to expect out of mine when I take it for the first time

Well, if you're talking about your 87 GN, then I've seen them run anywhere between 14.0 and 14.8 in the 1/4. As long as your car is in good tune, you should expect your times to be in that range.

With Drag Radials, you might even see 13.7's - 13.8's.

But your measure of horsepower is in mph not ET, to many variables ie Traction, Weather etc.

You say stock? Nothing has been touched including the chip or airfilter?

With a stock chip your only going to run 12lbs of boost!

The only thing done to my car is a test pipe and hooker C/B and aerochamber mufflers. I know about the MPH thing, I also have a 98 Mustang cobra Convt., with minor bolt ons and on street tires the best i have been able to muster is a 13.8 ET but with a 103.5 MPH. I have to leave at idle or else all i do is smoke the tires untill 3 gear.
