Big stuff 3. It's a scam
I was offered a second chance bid and wondered why as I was outbid by at least two other bidders. The guy emailed me but not through ebay messages. Also the grammer tipped me. Came up with all kinds of excuses why he couldn't use paypay. I forwarded the e-mail to spoof@ebay and they confirmed that it was indeed a scam.
This dweeb wanted me to send money to France via Western Union, duh!!!!!
