Watch Out for Xtreme Auto Body!!

Be careful of any dealings with Xtreme Auto Body in Caroll, OH. The owner, Dale Young, purchased my GN, enclosed trailer, parts and tools in 4/04. The car was stolen from his shop in 6/04. Since then, I have tried to arrange payment, but he has been unresponsive. I have known Dale for many years, and he also purchased my GNX. We have raced together and socialized together, including attending many Buick events. My last recourse is to file a cvil action for payment. If he would treat a friend this way, how will he treat you?

Yes, I did. As I said, he purchased my GNX a few years back. Since that time we have worked and played together, and we have always helped each other. I had no reason to distrust him. Further, there were two separate incidents involving the same person; one happened to Dale and one to me. This person burned us both, and we could not believe that a "friend" would do such a thing. Apparently that was not enough common ground.
