Vigilante 5 Disc Lock Up Converter.

Is the 3200 stall too high for an '87 T-Type with a TA49 Turbo, Walbro Fuel Pump, 42.5# injectors, 3" downpipe, 2.5" exhaust, and SMC Alky set-up?

Yes, I think it is a bit much. You should be right at 2800 with that turbo. This converter would give you room to grow into a bigger turbo though, if you had any thoughts of doing that.
