Valve spring install?

Did a search and couldn't find anything.

Two questions.

1.Cups or no cups with kirbans 100lb springs?

2. Whats the procedure when tightening up the rocker arms. I recall my father talking about zero lash with his ford engines. He would run the car and go from rocker to rocker and tighten till tapping subsided. Is this the procedure on these cars? Or just tighten everything to torque spec?

Educate me.

No cups with those springs.

If you are running the stock rocker setup, just tighten them down until they are really good and tight. There is no adjusting with the stock setup.

No cups. You want to check the torque for the racker shafts - I think its 20 ftlbs.
