My old man and i recently put in a new turbo in his 1987 Buick Grand National. There is a vacuum Y Connector piece that is missing a line... If any body knows what or where it goes, we would really appreciate it... I have some pictures of it.....

We also need to buy a new exhaust system from the headers back... Does any body know what the best brand is for GN's ...?

Also we drove it up to Boston (Bean Town) to use a buddy's Spray Both so we could paint it... any ways to make a long story short, all the way up there he barely put any pressure on the gas pedal... and the turbo would spool and go al the way up to 14 PSI and then shut off.... It has an adjustable actuator... But it's not like you have to mash the gas to get it pushin' crazy PSI.... you just have to tap it... Is there any way we can adjust it...? Please reply

Thanks,
Besso.

That is the Boost control solenoid.
That side should be open like that, (rather it should have a small foam filter on it).
There is no Vac line that goes to it.

If I'm wrong someone please correct me, but I'm pretty sure!
