Uh Oh, blew off egr plate? backfire?

so i have been getting all the trans issues squared away and made a mild run today and heard a pop/knock and thought it was my uppipe but it was idling high and i limped home.

popped hood and vacuum line on fpr came off. then i noticed the black soot on the tbody spacer that came from my egr blockoff plate.

before i do anything, anyone have this problem before?

fyi i did not have the hose tie wrapped
