Which were the wrong plugs and which were the correct plugs? Do you know what he gapped them at?

The plugs seemed new BUT they were wrong plugs in car meaning part number....he used AC delco dont member part num an gapped at 28 this is the setup he likes an runs good so i.trust everything he did

.028 seems awfully tight. We run Autolite 23 and gap ours at .032 on the street and .035 for kill. They're highly effective and cheap enough to replace whenever you feel.

Dear Johnny cash thanks for the complement, As far as drugs are concerned us seniors are the biggest users, I'm on blood pressure medication, also acid re flux, hemorrhoids & take Viagra so I don't pee on my shoes. Take care Lou

I have had the best results using A/C R43TS , the worst plug to use would be platinum or some other trick of the week . As far as the gap is concerned the more power made the tighter the gap . As for plug wires a fresh set of A/C delco stock wires are hard to beat. There isn't any H.P. difference between stock wires and a $100.00 after market set. Coil packs A/C delco also. any others are a problem & get into the habit of checking them periodically with an ohm meter. Don't forget to change the fuel filter once in a while also.

Good to know about the gap, I noticed other members saying so too. Also, I change my fuel filter regularly myself, ever since years ago when some numskull who thought he was helping me installed it backwards.
