Turbo T remodeling

Was wandering if anybody new if the Turbo T's are the same thing as a Grand National?? Just the accessories are different right? Such as the bumpers the spoiler and the emblems and interior? Can you also paint over the chrome on the bumpers or do you have to get actual GN bumpers? The Turbo T's do have bumper fillers as well? Also how do you remove the dash plaque on the dash does it just pop off? Thanks jretro....
