I have a turbo 400 in my 67 Firebird/LC2 hybrid and the trans works great but when I shift from drive to reverse the engagement is pretty harsh. Its not so bad I can't live with it but it would be nice to be a little softer. When I back it out of my shop its not too bad but after I drive it some and go to back up the engagement is noticibly harder. The trans is built like a "normal" upgraded turbo 400. It has a 3400 stall, Red Alto clutches, 34 elemement sprag, Trans Go shift kit and some upgraded 4l80 parts(I am not a builder so I am not sure what all 4l80 parts). Thanks for the advice.

Is the feed hole the one towards the front of the trans, near the rear servo?
