tubular upper control bushing ?

I have the Anderson Performance tubular front upper control arms (same as the gbodyparts ones I believe). They have a solid type bushing with grease fittings on each end. My question is, do the nuts on the end of the bushings get tightened down all the way, just snugged or left kind of loose?

I cannot say I know for sure but more than likely, they will just get snugged up.
