Transmission trouble??

Out driving the Grand National today; almost home and decided to lay into it from a stop. Loud pop under car during 1 to 2 shift then afterwards lazy 1 to 2 shift. All other gears shift normal. What do you guys think? I guess I already know. Thanks guys.

May have broke the band or the anchor pin. Time to take it apart and take a look.
