Transmission Not Shifting out of 1st (Need Help, Please)

Just posting some results.....
I have completed my 200r4 transmission upgrade and install:
1. CK Performance Master Rebuild Kit
2. CK Performance Billet Servo
3. CK Performance Recalibration Kit
Also added (Previously Installed):
4. Transcooler
5. Stainless Braided Trans. Lines (-6AN's)
6. Auto Meter Trans. Temp. Gauge
7. Orange Strip 3000 Stall Converter
8. Extreme Automatics TV Cable
9. Hughes Deep Trans. Pan
10. 14qts of Valvoline Dex. VI Synthetic Trans. Fluid
I took the car out last weekend for its' maiden test drive and I will say, "I am loving it." The CK Parts have made my transmission jump ALIVE! The shifts are nice, firm, crisp, and fast. It shifts thru the gears at all correct speeds like clockwork. The CK kit is not harsh or neck breaking. I haven't got down on it hard yet, but when if shifts, you feel it bite and change gears. It does give your body a nice "shake". I will be testing it again next weekend to get onto the throttle a bit more harder and maybe smoke some tires. I am satisfied with the results as of now. I hope I am not speaking too soon and nothing bad happens. I have to tightening one of trans. lines a bit more..... it is dripping a small amount of fluid. I had to call Chris once or twice and he answered my questions and got me taken care of.
oh.....There is one thing, sometimes when I put it into gear from Park, it jumps or jerks into Drive.
Currently my pressur
es read:
No TV Cable @ 1500rpm:
P - 240 psi
R - 130 psi
N - 60 psi
D - 60 psi
3 - 50 psi
2 - 150-90 psi
1 - 150-90 psi
TV Cable Connected @ 1500rpm:
P - 60 psi
R - 130 psi
N - 60 psi
D - 60 psi
3 - 60 psi
2 - 170 psi
1 - 170 psi
Full TV @ 1500rpm:
P - 250 psi
R - 180psi
N - 240 psi
D - 210 psi
3 - 210 psi
2 - 170 psi
1 - 160 psi
(Chris said my pressures were ok, even though they are below the range that is called out on most websites. He said that, "just as long as I see the pressure raise instantly when the tv cable is pulled, I am fine")
