Transmission leaking

Would've put this in the transmission section but wanted to know if anyone knows a good local , temecula/riverside shop. My wife just sent me pictures that seem like my tranny is leaking pretty good. Any ballpark figures on rebuild cost? It's a 2004r as far as I know from the SPID.

Looks like the front seal possibly...

Front seals don't just leak. The bushing has likely walked out and is pressing up against the seal

One won't know why it is leaking until it is tore apart. I was just saying it looks like it is leaking from the front seal area.

Call up Steve Culhane in Lake Elsinore. He did my trans and it is putting up with the abuse I give it just fine. His prices are good too.
