D Dave Dunbar Member Joined Sep 10, 2012 Mar 4, 2015 #2 The writing on the bell is info for the shop that built it last. Date, builders name and maybe invoice number? As for the converter it looks like high stall with the pads sticking out as for stall speed maybe someone else will know.
