About the boost controller, whats the max boost that it can be set to and is it simple to install and use?

The manual says 43 lbs of boost. I had not problems with it and was set at 17 street and 25 for the strip

I honestly do not know if your actuator will make a difference, the instructions do not say anything about it either way. The boost controller worked very well for me.
