The stock mass air sensor on one of my cars took a crap on me
seems like its going around so I got a great deal on a GEN2 translator and want to use a newer LT1 or LS1 sensor. I kind of want to use a 3" LT1 sensor for now so I can re use my filter and hose on my mass air pipe until I can get or make myself a cold air kit.
So here is the question. Will any newer GM 3" or 3.5" mass air sensor work or does it need to come from a specific car and what are the part numbers that will work?
In other words I'm cheap and want to know if I can go to a junk yard and pull just any sensor that is the size I need:biggrin:
