Trans Question from NEWBIE

I am wanting to install a 200r4 in my 1975 nova and was wondering what you all think about Bowtieoverdrives level 2 trans??.I have a 406 with almost 400Hp and over 400FT.LB torque at the wheels.Do you think it will hold up?
