tire problem

I install 275/60/15 tires on my stock grand national wheels
and I noticed something weird when I put them on the car.
the passenger side tire fit ok without rubbing but the
drivers side tire is touching the frame at the front and rear.
has anyone else seen this. is it just body bushings?

Yes, this is common. It has more to do with the shimming of the carrier/ring gear, but some could be to body position on frame.
