I have the opportunity to buy a small business that applies vortex bedliners and also floor coatings. The floor coating is Granitex. Its pretty much if you can paint it you can apply this coating. The bedliner is put through a machine and it comes out hot and bakes on dry in seconds. The floor coating is similar but has a life of 20 yrs plus. Its similar to epoxy but lasts for years.. I just want to do this part time for now but wondered if anyone has any info on this. There is no bedliner installer within 40 miles of me. Here is a link to a similar business... they would train me and help me get started along with the previous owner...http://www.vortexsprayonliner.com/ Thanks for any opinions.

Couple of friends of mine own a company doing that kind of work. How old are you? You comfortable getting dirty and doing some hard work? Most of the work is about prep, and there can be a lot of it. You also end up needing support equipment so it's not as cheap and easy to get into as it sounds.
