The Rear Main Seal Question!!!

my rear main seal is leaking, just wanted to know, what does it take to repair it, as far as replacing it with a neoprene seal, oil pan gasket(cork), oil pick-up screen, front main seal, is there anything else i miss? just want to make sure that i have everything already when i drop the pan your response is greatly appreciated - thanks guys
